Jennica is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Colliers International, a global commercial real estate brokerage. She specializes in advising office occupiers on strategic real estate decisions. She has been recognized as one of three finalists for Colliers’ National Rising Star Award among 3,000+ employees every year with the firm and Women in Commercial Real Estate (CREW)’s Rising Star Award. She leads the National Tech Advisory Council and Developing Leaders Council, where she’s travelled globally to research industry trends and developments. She frequently authors influential whitepapers and shares her insights on panels. Dedicated to supporting other women, she serves as Regional Vice President for the Women’s Council which has led to a 5% increase in female hires, 7x increase in membership, and expanded resources.
Prior to Colliers, she worked in New York, advising early-stage founders in scaling their businesses, leading the expansion of a CPG startup into major retailers like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, and Brazil where she supported SMEs on raising capital. To continue supporting female founders, she co-founded F2 Ventures, an investment fund that supports early-stage female-led or founded startups.
With over seven years of board experience across multiple organizations, Jennica currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Canadian Mental Health Association, a national organization promoting mental health in over 330 communities, and Big Brothers Big Sisters, a global organization to support youth. She previously served as Co-Chair for My Artist’s Corner and on the Boards of MADD Canada and Community Volunteer Connections.
